GALOPPEN SERIES 2026
The Cumbrian Galoppen series is under way with two events having already taking place in some quality orienteering terrain. The next event hosted by WCOC promises some more quality with a new map of the Blea Tarn area in Eskdale. The battle for the Cumberland Cup (best scoring club after at the end of the series) is off to a close start with not much separating Lakeland Orienteering Club and West Cumberland Orienteering Club. As usual it looks like the key to success is recruiting new orienteers to the Yellow and Orange Courses.
